Our new generation customer portal is live!
From now on, we will continue our support and collaboration seamlessly through this platform; you will be able to submit your requests from a single place and track their status in real-time.
As of today, our support processes are only progressing through "Tickets." However, we plan to gradually make new areas available to you very soon, such as FAQs, training content, webinar recordings, project/task sharing, and service reports..
To provide the fastest and most accurate support, please submit all your requests as Tickets on the portal. Support requests via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email channels are not accepted; however, we are with you at every step on the portal.
Get started now: You can log in to the portal to create a new tickets, view your existing tickets, and provide feedback.
What can you do today?
- Create a New Ticket: Write the subject line clearly, explain the description step by step, and attach relevant screenshots and documents to support your request.
- Classify correctly: Ticket Type and Area → Module → Submodule selections are critical for directing the request to the right team.
- Feedback & Closure: You will receive a portal/email notification when we respond. If your request has been addressed, please close the work request promptly; if additional information is needed, please respond quickly. (A reminder will be sent on the 21st day, and an automatic closure policy will be applied on the 28th day.)
